financing of a hotel in England

ARCLIFFE Warsaw has advised Polcom Group with respect to a construction loan in furtherance of a hotel development in England.
Given the multi-jurisdictional nature of the loan documentation and security, negotiations were somewhat complex. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego was the lender on the project.
ARCLIFFE Warsaw partners Tomasz Jedwabny and Magdalena Brzozowska led the negotiations.
