Internship program

The goal of our internship program is to immerse you in a professional life and to provide you with a realistic look at the firm, both the work we do and the people we are.

At ARCLIFFE LLP, you will be exposed to local and multi-jurisdictional corporate deals, project finance transactions, litigations, tax and real property matters. Through hands-on opportunities and by shadowing ARCLIFFE LLP lawyers, you will experience all aspects of our culture and client work. The objective of our training, mentoring and professional development programs is to give you solid skills in negotiating, drafting, researching, performing legal analysis, strategizing and developing business.

Over the course of your time with us, our lawyers and other professionals will provide you with hands-on practical training and workshops designed to familiarize you with our practice. Our skills-based programs include sessions on presentation skills, contract drafting, and business development, among other topics.

Our program events provide good food, good fun and, most important—opportunities for you to get to know our lawyers. At ARCLIFFE LLP, we work hard, we play hard and we enjoy both. Most of the firm’s yearly entry-level class of lawyers are recruited through our internship program. Our “offer-accepted” rates are very high, demonstrating our commitment to our internship program, the strength of our practices and our supportive environment.

Our internship program will provide you with a senior mentor as well as a junior mentor. This not only gives you the opportunity to form a relationship with a senior member of the firm, but also provides exposure to our different clients and industries. Your associate mentor will guide you through day-to-day life at the office and your senior mentor will engage you on substantive work from the first day of the program.
