ARCLIFFE LLP advises project sponsors and developers, operators, lenders and investors in infrastructure. We work with our clients on procurement, including public tender bids, regulatory advice, negotiations and follow through.

We counsel on project structuring and development, including joint venturing and consortiums, public-private partnerships, risk allocation and management, project finance, construction, performance guarantees and bonds, and also operations and management issues.

  • VINCI Construction on the PPP project concerning the modernization of the Pardubice Regional Hospital.
  • An international financial institution on the financing of a project concerning the construction and maintenance of a section of the A2 motorway between Nowy Tomysl and Swiecko in Poland – one of the largest projects after the advent of EURO 2012, and one of the few motorway sections in Poland constructed and maintained under a motorway concession.
  • VINCI Construction on the PPP project at Prague Military Hospital. This was the first pilot PPP project in the Czech Republic.
  • The sponsors and an SPV on the financing of a project consisting of a gas-fired power plant in Stalowa Wola – one of the largest projects in Poland carried out under a project finance model.
  • A public partner on the public-private partnership project concerning renovation and maintenance of the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum student accommodation – the first successful PPP project in social housing in Poland.
  • An international financial institution on the financing of a project concerning acquisition of a rolling-stock for Tramwaje Warszawskie – financing based on revenues under a public service contract between the Capital City of Warsaw and Tramwaje Warszawskie.
  • An international financial institution on the financing of a construction and maintenance of an underground car park in Wroclaw – one of the first projects in Poland carried out under a concession scheme.
