ARCLIFFE Warsaw has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with respect to the development financing of the residential complex „Nowy Punkt 3” in Warsaw.
Value of the financing amounts to approx. PLN 24,500,000. Napolo Group was the borrower on the project.
