ARCLIFFE Bucharest has advises US based Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), a global licensing and content solutions organization and the leading commercial document-delivery provider, on the acquisition of London-based Ixxus, a software professional services firm and leading provider of publishing solutions that reinvent the way organizations work with content. With offices in the UK, US, Spain and Romania, Ixxus is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCC. The lead counsel for the acquirer was London law firm Charles Russell Speechlys.
