DKKR Partners, the affiliated Budapest office of ARCLIFFE LLP, has advised a group of investors on the EUR 5 million equity investment aimed at setting up a R&D&I centre in the in the agricultural sector in Hungary (“Project”).
The Project has involved the structuring of and advice on complex state aid matters with respect to EU state aid regulations for research and development.
