ARCLIFFE LLP Bucharest Office has advised Alerion, an Italian energy company, on the acquisition of 100 MW wind energy project in Romania.
The transaction involved the structuring of the acquisition and development financing of the wind energy project. It shows the recent increased interest of foreign investments in the wind energy plants in Romania.
Edward Dobre, Iulia Berea and Catalin Vlasceanu led the team of lawyers advising in the deal.
