ARCLIFFE’s Warsaw office has advised Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA with respect to the financing of the construction of a Class A office building at Fordońska 2 in Bydgoszcz by FOR2 Group.
The office building will be a part of Arkada Business Park, one of the most modern Class A office developments in Bydgoszcz. Deal value is over 10 million euros.
Raiffeisen Bank Poland is owned by the Austria-based Raiffeisen Banking Group, a leading financial institution within the countries of CEE.
