Brigita Bilíková

Brigita Bilíková is a senior associate in the Prague office.

Brigita has extensive experience defending government inquiries related to criminal law
matters and conducting internal investigations related to anti-corruption, banking, media,
money laundering and tax fraud, subsidies, accounting fraud, health care fraud, securities
fraud and related matters.

As a former state prosecutor in the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrava, Brigita has extensive
trial experience in a wide variety of matters and has successfully combatted the most serious
violent and economic crimes, mainly tax, subsidy and other frauds.

Thanks to her vast criminal law experience, she can foresee potential risks and recommend
precautions in a wide range of businesses. At the same time, she has a profound understanding
of various life situations, in which she can provide legal assistance as well as compassion and
sympathy.

Brigita represents clients on enforcing the claims of builders entitled by contracts under the
Public Procurement Act based on FIDIC contractual terms. She represents major Czech
building company in a series of disputes related to highway constructions (e.g., disputes
regarding unpaid work or enforcing claims based on late handover of a construction site from
a customer). Brigita is also interested in divorce law and the mediation associated with it.
