Dainius Kenstavičius

Dainius Kenstavičius is a corporate partner and the coordinator of the Vilnius office.

Dainius has over 10 years of experience as a senior corporate lawyer, and litigator, out of which 5 years he spent at the Cobalt, one of the leading Lithuanian law firm.

Dainius has been a member of, or has led, extensive deal teams in Lithuanian real estate and corporate transactions. He also assists clients by counselling on the competition aspects of business transactions and by making representations in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances, pre-merger notifications and market conduct. He developed a special practice in the field of public procurement, dispute resolution and media law.

Dainius has prepared various scientific publications, including in the field of public procurement law and is lecturer at Constitutional and Administrative Law Institute of Mykolas Romeris University.
