Dorottya Kereszty

Dorottya Kereszty is a partner in the Budapest office.

She has almost 12 years of experience as a senior employment, corporate and commercial law lawyer.

She specialises in advising on employment law matters, including the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, from the establishment and termination of the employment relationship to the development of employer incentive schemes, to the negotiation with employee representative bodies. In addition, Dorottya’s expertise includes the entire field of corporate law and commercial law matters.

Dorottya has worked for international law firms (Kinstellar, Linklaters, Gide) for nearly 10 years.
