Gábor Rozsnyai is a counsel in the Budapest office.

Gábor has worked independently and as a member of a Hungarian mid-size law firm for more than 12 years and has gained significant experience as a solicitor in the fields of corporate, real estate and private law as well as in disputes of significant values both for applicants and defendants.

Gábor has also advised clients in arbitrations, libel suits, and intellectual property cases regarding software disputes.

Additionally, Gábor has advised for real estate developments and participated in numerous corporate transactions. He has also advised on investment services, enforcing settlements and different legal matters involving grants provided by NGOs.
