Milan Šiška

Milan Šiška is the coordinator partner of the Bratislava office and a partner in the Prague office.

He is experienced in real estate and M&A, including related due diligence. Milan has a robust litigation practice, having represented a branch office of a major Czech bank and several international companies as well as a specialized litigation practice on IP-related cases, franchising and trademarks.

Prior to joining the firm, Milan worked for Eversheds Slovensko and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal.

As an attorney registered in the Slovak Bar Association, Milan focuses primarily on developing relationships with Slovak clientele and on providing legal services for our Slovak clients.
