Natália Holíková

Natália Holíková is a partner in the Bratislava office.

Her practice focus is on real estate. Natália regularly advises on the day-to-day needs for one of the leading construction companies in Slovakia. Over the years, her work for her clients has resulted in legal advisory and management in real estate and development projects with a total value in the hundreds of million euros.

Natália also has experience in the energy and healthcare industries as well as an understanding in the creation and management of a client’s investment portfolio.

She is knowledgeable in real estate law, commercial law, corporate law, civil law and labour law, having advised on a number of M&A projects.
