New Artificial Intelligence Strategy Adopted by Hungary

Budapest, 16 October 2020

The Hungarian government has adopted a new comprehensive artificial intelligence (“AI”) strategy that sets ambitious goals and measures for the development and use of AI in Hungary through to 2030.

According to the strategy, by 2040 automation and AI will affect 900,000 workers in Hungary. This means that more than 40% of the nation’s current jobs can become automated.
