Valentin Epure is a Bucharest office partner and heads the Romanian litigation practice. He has a business and solution oriented approach, geared towards providing clients with an effective commercial assessment of litigation matters and their utility

With over 20 years of experience, Valentin has handled contentious matters in various areas of practice and has represented clients at all levels of the Romanian judicial system. Valentin’s practice covers a broad range of litigation matters in the following areas: retail banking disputes, employment, general commercial litigation, company law and shareholder disputes, real estate and construction disputes, administrative, intellectual property and taxation, as well as enforcement procedures.
